Fireflies.ai offers a straightforward payment method for its users. To upgrade the subscription, users can navigate to Settings > Billing, select Upgrade, choose a desired plan, enter the number of seats, provide the card details, and click Upgrade. After the payment, the updated plan can be viewed in Settings > Billings.

For AI Credits, users can open any meeting within the Fireflies Notebook, click on AskFred, click on Get AI Credits, select the AI Credits and click Subscribe. The amount to be billed will also be visible. After successful payment, the AI Credits balance can be viewed on the Billing page.

In case of downgrading the subscription, users can navigate to Settings > Billing, click the three dots and select Edit subscription, select Downgrade to Pro, and click Save changes. The billing for the Pro plan will be applied on the next billing cycle.

For viewing invoices and bills, users can go to Settings > Billing and view current invoice details for Fireflies and AI Credit subscriptions, including the next billing date. They can also download the current month's invoices and see upcoming invoices.
